How I Rate

5 Star
A favorite book.  Interesting, often-times fast-paced. Same as a 4, but even better! I usually get book hang-overs from these. This book probably has affected me on a deep or personal level.  Good world-building, interesting characters, creative plot.  

4 Star
This book is probably a 2nd tier favorite of mine. Good world-building, interesting characters, creative plot.  Just doesn't have the "it" factor of a 5 star book.

3 Star
This book is a decent book. It was well-thought out with good characters and an interesting plot.  This book held my attention. This book may be a little slower paced.

This book may not be a bad book- it could be. It didn't hold my attention. Probably was DNF'd* or close to it.  Maybe the book just wasn't for me. It wasn't horrible enough for 1 star.

This is the worst. Sorry. This book didn't hold my interest. This book is boring. It could be awful. The characters probably bothered me and were not very interesting. It may be unredeemable. It was just sucky.
